By accessing or using WhatsMap ("the Service"), available at whatsmap.co.za, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WhatsMap is a social network visualization tool that maps your WhatsApp group connections into an interactive graph. The Service temporarily processes your WhatsApp group metadata to generate a visual map and social score.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using WhatsMap, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the right to link your WhatsApp account.

All content, design, code, and branding of WhatsMap are the property of WhatsMap and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may share your own generated social cards and scores.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Social scores and network statistics are approximate and for entertainment purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatsMap and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time by clicking the delete button in the WhatsMap app. Upon deletion, all stored network data, session data, and hashed identifiers associated with your session are permanently removed.

11. Third-Party Services

WhatsMap uses the WhatsApp Web protocol to access group metadata. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsMap is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or WhatsApp.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
